Chipmunk Bloghost is a blog hosting program bulit off of chipmunk blogger. It lets users sign up and creat their own blog. Each user can customize the css of their blog and the blog comes with guestbook, hyperilnk photo gallery, calendar, and a PM system for users to contact each other. Bloghost also offers a User forum commnuity for users to discuss topics.
